The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cloudlynx LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Content Generation and Usage Rights

Images generated using Kontext Art may be used for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you agree not to:

  • Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our content policies
  • Redistribute or resell the raw output of our AI models
  • Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content

5. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Payment must be made using the methods we provide and prices are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cloudlynx LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
